Diadès is committed!
We have put in place precise methodologies for the different themes presented below in order to satisfactorily meet sustainable development criteria in terms of consumption.
We have put in place precise methodologies for the different themes presented below in order to satisfactorily meet sustainable development criteria in terms of consumption.
As little as possible, we systematically print all draft and internal company documents on recycled paper. These prints are made on both sides, black and white in draft quality and in the form of two pages per sheet.
We have installed specific bins for paper to be recycled as well as bins to recover paper printed on one side in order to reuse the blank side for our drafts.
When purchasing our supplies, we give preference to recycled, recyclable or ecological materials and we make every effort to recycle all consumables used in our various missions (batteries, etc.).
The travel of our staff is studied and oriented towards the reduction of the use of cars and airplanes and limited to their strict necessity if necessary. We prefer to travel by train or videoconference if possible.
We are also educating our staff about carpooling for work trips.
Our concern for sustainable development does not stop within our company. We place all our orders in groups in order to limit external consumption as well. On this subject, we have also inserted an eco-awareness message at the end of all our employees’ e-mails:
“Think about the Environment before you print this message”.
Diadès has made a commitment to the Setec Fondation in the form of a donation that corresponds, as a first approximation, to the financial valuation of its annual carbon footprint (estimated value 2018).
This is a first step towards joining the [Engineers & Citizens] initiative initiated by Setec to support projects of general interest in the field of ecological and energy transition, in France and abroad.
